Ismini Kriari

Professor Emeritus of Constitutional Law at Panteion University. She has taught Constitutional Law and bioethics and law at Panteion University at undergraduate and postgraduate level and at other Universities in Greece and abroad with Erasmus program and by invitation. She founded the Law, Economics, Technology track in the Master's Degree Programme and the Research Centre for Bioethics, Technology Ethics and Law at the University’s Department of Public Administration. She participated as a partner in European research projects and was a reviewer in national research projects.

Chairman of the Scientific Committee on Bioethics of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Orthodox Parliamentarians (2002 - 2005), Member of the Committee on Bioethics of the Holy Synod, Member of the Committee on Bioethics of the Faculty of Medicine, Member of the Intergovernmental Assembly on Bioethics at UNESCO (2010-2016), Member of the Committee on Bioethics of the Council of Europe (2009 - 2011).

Vice-Rector (2011-2016) and Rector (2016-2020) of Panteion University. International observer at the elections in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

She has been honored by the German and French Governments, and by the Russian and Ukrainian Ministries of Education
